Expertly Guided Adventures
We take care of the route planning and decision making so you can relax, feel safe and simply reconnect with nature. We’ll even tell you what to pack. Our walk programs are carefully designed to take you to a different, stunning location every day.
Diverse Terrain and Experiences
Each one rich in natural beauty, history and wildlife and will provide you with a variety of terrain, challenge and stimulation. Imagine walking through historical glens with gurgling streams and gushing waterfalls, exploring breezy coastal footpaths with views of secluded sandy beaches, ruined castles and hills stretching far into the distance.

Tailored for All Abilities
Or we might squelch through the bog and bounce atop the springy heather up onto one of the many mountain peaks with breath-taking views in all directions. To cater for the different levels of experience and ability, we offer a moderate and a harder walking program. If you’re unsure, we’ll help you choose the right programme for you.

Personalised Small Groups
We limit our group sizes to a maximum of ten to ensure a more personalised and intimate experience. And our fun and friendly qualified guide will be with you every step of the way to share their expert local knowledge and to answer your questions.
All-Inclusive Packages
Our walking holidays take place in April and October. The package includes a six night stay at our beautiful Distant Hills Guest House based in Spean Bridge just ten miles north of Fort William. Each morning, you’ll be treated to a freshly cooked breakfast made with the finest Scottish ingredients on the four guided walking days.

Relax and Enjoy
You’ll also be provided with a nutritious, packed lunch and will return home to afternoon tea and freshly baked cake. Our holidays aren’t just about the walking. You’ll have some free time to enjoy our comfortable guest lounge and garden.

Soak your muscles in a hot tub. Treat yourself to a local beer, gin or whisky from our licensed honesty bar. All this before heading out to a local restaurant with your new friends for delicious evening meal. Also included in the package. The four walking days are broken up with a free day in the middle to allow you to explore more of the local area. Which may include visiting Loch Ness, taking a ride in the Jacobite Steam Train or the Nevis Mountain Gondola. You’ll be spoiled for choice. But don’t just take our word for it.
