Also known as Smiddy House, is a five-minute walk from us. Attentive service and delicious food, more equivalent to fine dining. The restaurant has won several awards for its food and is highly recommended for special occasions. Perhaps a few pounds more expensive but worth every penny!

THE BRIDGE CAFÉ
A ten minute walk from Distant Hills, the Bridge Café is a great place to get a daytime snack or enjoy a delicious slice of cake. There is always a vibrant atmosphere and the staff are very friendly.
